The Richmond - Natural Spectrum (618) Factory Samples

Boot and Leather (618 Last)

This is our plain cap toe boot pattern called the Richmond. Our Richmond models as of May 2025 will be built with a double upper leather cap toe design. One may perhaps think of this as an Allen pattern with an added extra layer of upper leather over the toebox for the cap toe, as opposed to simply joining the vamp leather to a single piece of cap toe leather.

This Richmond model is made with an upper leather from the Boaventura tannery in Portugal in their Natural colorway. This article runs about 5/6 ounces thick and is a full vegetable tanned leather.

Grade

1 - Factory sample pairs handled a few times both on the floor and in the finishing rooms. Pairs were tried on once for fitting as well in sampling.
Our build focuses on enhanced breath-ability and shock absorption in a more natural way by using leather components. Additional build information along with cutaways can be found under our Craft + Build section.
